Customization
If desired, we can mount a connector to the lighting cables. This applies to all lamps in our assortment.
Our preference primarily leans towards AMP-Superseal and Deutsch-DT connectors. Naturally, upon request, we can mount any other type of connector, entirely tailored to your preference. These are assembled professionally, wherein we always aim to use rubber or waterproof shrink tubing for a durable finish, whenever possible.

For larger quantities, we offer customized pricing. In such cases, we often order the lighting, including connectors, directly from the manufacturer.

Not satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your product to us within 14 days without giving any reason.

Register Return. You can download a DPD shipping label from us. The costs for this are €6.95 within the Netherlands, and you can settle them when you register your return.

Delivery time
The average delivery time to UK is 1-4 working days.
If the shipment of your product is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible by phone or e-mail.
VAT-free delivery
As a European business customer with a valid VAT number, you can easily order products without us charging you VAT.

You can order your items in the usual way. Register as a business customer, enter your VAT number and you can pay for your order without us charging you VAT.
VAT Rate
In the Netherlands, we apply the 0%, 9%, or 21% tax rate.
Individual within the EU
We adhere to the VAT rate applicable in your country.
For Germany, this is 19%, for Belgium 21%, for Austria 20%, etc.
Company within the EU
If you enter a valid foreign VAT number, we will ship your order with reversed VAT (intra-community 0% scheme). Your VAT number will be automatically verified during the checkout process on the website.
Individual and company outside the EU
Your order will be delivered without VAT. This also applies to shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland.
Payment methods
iDeal: You use Internet banking with ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ING Bank, Triodos Bank, SNS Bank, Fortis Bank, Friesland Bank, Van Lanschot or ASN Bank. You can pay your order with iDeal.
Bancontant : Easy payment with your debit card. This payment method is most commonly used by our Belgian customers.

Warranty period
All new products come with a statutory warranty as standard. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. For example, it is possible that certain suppliers use a longer (factory) guarantee period. If this is indicated to us, then we will apply this aswell. If the factory warranty deviates from the statutory minimum warranty, then the same legal rights that you as a consumer have remain.
